Quiet

Sometimes life moves too fast. Information overload is readily available and the television or the computer screen is the easy choice...When at that saturation point, it's always best to turn it all off!
It's truly relaxing to stop and smell the freshly planted lavender that you just put in the ground...Planting and weeding a garden large or small anchors your soul in ways that you can't imagine. Sometimes it's just too convenient to forget about the simple things...but it's so rewarding when you finally  remember them!
Take Care,
Tina
