Bloom Where You Are Planted

Spring is in the air and Easter is a couple of days away. I just had to get outside for awhile before the rain comes and take a look at all of the beautiful colors. North Carolina is bursting with splashes of pink, white, red and purple...The azaleas are in full bloom and they are everywhere!!
I was so happy to see a couple of buds on the irises this year because none of our lillies bloomed last year ... This particular iris is my favorite, it's a beautiful peachy-pink color.
The empty urn in the yard is now full with a mini hydrangea. It was cream and pink in the beginning and now it has turned all pink... darn potting soil!!
I finally found a gazing ball for my little garden...I have spent the last couple of years scouring garden centers in Virginia and any place  that I thought might possibly carry them...with no luck. My luck changed last week, however, when I walked into a pottery store here in Greenville. Imagine that... it has been here in town all along!!  I love it and I am so happy to finally have one.
This just proves that you should never give up!

Take Care,
Tina
