~ My Early Bloomers~

Although Fall is my favorite time of the year... being born a couple of days after Autumn begins makes me partial... I would have to say that this is an equally pretty time of the year...The heat and humidity hasn't taken hold yet and the early summer blooms are beginning to show...
We planted these wonderful irises just a few years ago. My mama gave me slips of every color iris that she had at that time and we brought them home and placed them all around the yard...They are beautiful this year and the pink is my bestest favorite of all ...but the gold is pretty too!
The witch's broom is blooming for the first time this season...I often wonder why they would name a spring bush such a name...I have a hard time with this...shouldn't it be saved for something growing  in the Fall?
Finally, the whole point I am trying to make is that you should stop and smell the flowers along the way...It doesn't matter if you are human...or not...Just walk around and take in the beauty that only happens this time of the year...It's just a good practice to adopt while traveling along the pathway of life...
~Hope you have a wonderful day ~
Take Care,
Tina

Tina, I read this title post on my blog roll and I thought it was going to be about a pair of antique women's bloomers! Guess you can tell I don't have a green thumb. LOL. ~Ann

~Hey Ann~
I was originally going to call it
"My Colorful Bloomers" ...

That would have caused a stir! LOL
