 The winter blahs are here so everything  is gray and a little gloomy at times...Typical overcast winter weather....This is  a great time, however, to do a little bird watching...and luring...

 We have been busy lately cleaning out birdhouses and adding new ones...Enticing the little birds to stay here and multiply... Last year was our first experiment in building a habitat  and it was so much fun watching the little wrens and chickadees building their nests in our little "apartments" and visiting the birdbaths and the many feeders in the front and backyard...The binoculars are always close by.

Their options are plenty this spring and I am looking for a variety of new tenants ...I think I'll go ahead and post the "For Rent" signs!!
