~ Feathers & Sneezing Fits~

I am a hopeless birdwatcher so when I lure a few crows into my
backyard for a visit...I get excited and linger by the window
for a clear and focused shot of my large feathered friends.
The problem with crows is that they are so sharp and intelligent that
I honestly think that they know that I am watching...They are very quick!
Fortunately,  they come by every morning to see if I have some goodies to offer...
so be prepared for more crow pics ...I don't give up easily!!
Another favorite is the brief glimpse that I get of cedar waxwings every spring...
we are evidently one of their migration stops. They have been dropping by here
for years now to eat our berries and visit our birdbath. I love to see them
and it's the swarms or packs that they travel in that brings my attention to
their presence...
Along with bird watching...I am also "Lowes watching"...I have been by the garden shop
too many times thus far!! I have taken a liking to their purple verbena and I always
love lavender...Pretty purples for the deck this year.
Lastly, our backyard azaleas are in bloom now...they are beautiful but I
sometimes wonder if they are one of  the sneaky culprits that contribute to my
sneezing attacks as of late? We are surrounded by an abundance of
pollen here in eastern NC...It is very  possible to discover an allergy that
you never knew you had when you live here!!
***
Busy with wool lately ...it would be horrible to be allergic to my ever increasing stash!!
I will have some great listings on Early Work Mercantile  in a few days so please drop by and
take a look on the first of the month...
Take Care,
~T~
